Fitness Program
​
This will be built specific to your group’s requirements after an initial consultation… We tailor for every facet of fitness and all levels wither it be beginner, intermediate, advanced or even athletes looking to hit the next level in performance..

Bootcamp style breaks are popular choices for general fitness and weight loss etc, although some prefer a more specific regime targeting strength & conditioning or a structured aerobic endurance program that involves running, biking, rowing etc…
​
Regardless of your fitness needs be rest assured after your consultation with Andy you will have the best program to suit your group’s needs!
Nutrition
​
We have several options to offer ranging from self-catering, half board (breakfast & dinner) or full board using an excellent local fitness meal prep company…
If you go self-catering we can provide a plan for you to cook yourself and depending on your preference during the prior consultation we can include a full educational package on nutrition within your program… Any special requirements also catered for (free from, vegan etc)

Nevertheless, you can be rest assured that whatever the groups or individuals goals we will make sure you get the best nutrition to provide the energy and satiety needed to make this a success!
Cost
Accommodation is set at £150 per day split between the group (2-8 persons)…
Fitness coaching and program is set at £50 per day per person… Nutrition costs varies depending on choice that will be discussed during prior consultation…

Bookings longer than 7 days will receive a 10% discount from day 8 onwards.
